in 1938 Harvard University began what has become the longest study into adult development. They began a study of 724 men to see what were the predictors of a long and happy life.
The 4th Director of the study, Robert Waldinger released their most recent findings recently.
There are 60 study subjects still alive and in their 90s and Harvard is now also studying more than 2000 children of these men.
